Pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berfokus pada STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics) dalam menghadapi industri 4.0 pada sistem pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) harus dipersiapkan dan adaptif terhadap kesiapan dan kemampuan berintegrasi dengan baik dengan teknologi 4.0 terutama infrastruktur perangkat keras, jaringan internet dan manajemen sistem informasi. Rapid Application Development (RAD) meruapakan metode yang digunakan untuk merancang dan memodifikasi sistem informasi pendidikan agar bisa beradaptasi dan berkolaborasi dengan teknologi 4.0 seperti Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligent, Biometric, User Behaviour, Media Social API and Collaboration, dan lain sebagainya.
