The development of human resources focused on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) in the face of industry 4.0 in the high school education system must be prepared and adaptive to readiness and ability to integrate well with 4.0 technology, especially device infrastructure. hard, internet network and information system management. Rapid Application Development (RAD) is a method used to design and modify educational information systems in order to adapt and collaborate with 4.0 technologies such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligent, Biometric, User Behavior, Social Media API and Collaboration, and so on.
